How the deductions work
- NIS
- 6.25% of gross pay, up to a monthly insurable-wage ceiling of EC$5,200 (EC$62,400 a year).
- Income Tax
- No tax on the first EC$36,000 a year; 15% on income from EC$36,000 to EC$60,000; 30% above EC$60,000.
