About Caribbean Pay Scales

Government salary scales across the Caribbean are published as long PDFs that are hard to read on a phone. We turn them into searchable pages, one per grade, with the numbers people actually ask about: what a grade pays, how much it's rising, and what you take home.

Where the data comes from

Every figure comes from an official government publication, and each page links to its source document. We keep a copy of every source file we use.

How we check it

Salary scales follow fixed rules. In Jamaica’s 2025 to 2028 scales, each step is 2.5% above the one before, and each year is 5% above the last. Our import script checks every number against those rules and flags anything that doesn’t fit, so extraction errors are caught before they reach the site.
